2. Products & Customization
- All products sold on birbull.shop are made-to-order custom printed products. Each item is manufactured only after you place an order and your design is approved.
- Product images on the website are representative. Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to screen calibrations, printing methods, and material characteristics.
- You are responsible for providing accurate design files, text, and specifications. We create a design mockup and share it for your approval via WhatsApp before printing begins.
- Once you approve the design proof, printing begins. Changes cannot be made after printing has started.
3. Ordering Process
- Product Selection: Browse and add products to your cart on birbull.shop, or click "Buy Now" to order directly.
- WhatsApp Confirmation: Your order details are sent to our WhatsApp number (+91 7597338323). By submitting your order via WhatsApp, you consent to receive order-related messages.
- Design Submission: Share your design file (logo, image, or text) via WhatsApp. Our team will prepare a digital mockup within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Design Approval: Review the mockup on WhatsApp and confirm approval. No printing begins without your explicit approval.
- Payment: Pay the total amount via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or bank transfer. Payment details and UPI QR code are shared on WhatsApp.
- Production & Delivery: Custom printing takes 2-3 business days. Shipping is arranged via trusted courier partners.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices on birbull.shop are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of GST.
- Product prices range from ₹499 to ₹999 for individual items. Bulk and corporate pricing is available upon request.
- We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and cash on delivery for select pin codes.
- No credit/debit card information is collected or stored on this website. All payments are processed through third-party UPI platforms.
- A proper GST tax invoice is provided with every order.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
5. Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Custom printing involves transferring digital designs onto physical materials. Due to inherent differences between digital screens and printing substrates, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Factors affecting color reproduction include:
- Screen/monitor calibration differences
- Printing method (sublimation, laser, UV, offset)
- Material color, texture, and finish
- Design resolution and file format
We strive for the closest possible match. Minor color variations (±5-10%) are considered acceptable and are not grounds for return or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- By submitting a design for printing, you warrant that you own the rights to the design or have obtained proper authorization to reproduce it.
- Birbull Shop is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements arising from customer-submitted designs.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, defamatory, or copyrighted content without authorization.
- All website content (text, layout, images, code, branding) is the intellectual property of Birbull Shop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before printing begins by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 7597338323). A full refund will be issued.
- Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible as custom products are made specifically for you.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 24 hours of design approval, or if the design contains prohibited content.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Birbull Shop's total liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
- Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Birbull Shop, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of our services, (b) designs you submit for printing, (c) violation of these Terms, or (d) infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of birbull.shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
