At Birbull Shop , we deliver custom printed products across India. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and tracking procedures.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and BlueDart. Local pickup is available from our Jaipur studio.
2. Processing Time
- Custom printing and quality checks take 2-3 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.
- Bulk orders (25+ units) may require 4-7 business days for production.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays).
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Note: These are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Costs
- Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping (standard delivery).
- Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹50.
- Local Pickup (Jaipur): FREE — Visit our studio at Opp Bheroji Mandir, Renwal Road, Jaipur — 303603.
- Express Delivery: Available for select pin codes at additional cost (ask on WhatsApp).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.
- You can track your order using our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.
- Tracking updates are also available via SMS to your registered phone number.
- For any tracking issues, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 7597338323) with your order ID.
6. Delivery Inspection
We recommend the following upon delivery:
- Inspect the package for visible damage before accepting it from the courier.
- If the outer packaging is damaged, you may refuse the delivery or accept it with a written note to the delivery person.
- Record an unboxing video — this serves as evidence for any damage claims.
- Report any issues within 7 days via WhatsApp with photos/video. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Undelivered / Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, we will contact you on WhatsApp.
- Re-dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge of ₹50-₹100 depending on location.
- Packages unclaimed for 15 days after return will be treated as cancelled, and a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued.
